Role & Responsibilities
Design and execute full-funnel brand strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty across D2C channels.
Lead consumer insights initiatives—analyze behavioral data, feedback, and market trends to shape messaging, product positioning, and campaign creative.
Own brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across product packaging, e-commerce, social platforms, and influencer collaborations.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to align brand narrative with product development and retention mechanics.




Manage and optimize content calendars and community engagement strategies to boost social proof and UGC virality.
Track brand health metrics (consideration, sentiment, loyalty) and report insights to drive strategic pivots and investment decisions.
