We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who has hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Lead Generation to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms.
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Generate quality leads through paid advertising.
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Develop and test different ad creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
Manage lead generation campaigns from setup to optimization.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and paid advertising.
Requirements
Proven experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns.
Valuable understanding of targeting, retargeting, audiences, and campaign optimization.
Experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns.
Candidates with a proven track record of generating leads will be preferred.
Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month, based on experience and skills.
