Purchase Executive – Karauli Diagnostics

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the purchase of medical, laboratory, diagnostic, and general supplies.
Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Collect and compare quotations, prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible price and terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements.
Ensure timely availability of reagents, consumables, medicines, stationery, and other materials.
Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, POs, invoices, and vendor details.
Coordinate with different departments to understand their purchase requirements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team to avoid shortage or excess inventory.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Check received items for quantity, quality, expiry dates, and specifications.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing vendors and develop recent vendor contacts.
Handle vendor issues related to quality, delivery,



pricing, or replacement.
Ensure purchases follow company policies, quality standards, and healthcare requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Track market prices and identify prospects for cost savings.
Ensure critical medical and diagnostic supplies are available without interruption.
Prepare regular purchase and vendor reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate honesty and professionalism in all purchase-related activities.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, Pathology, or Medical Equipment industry preferred.
Good knowledge of medical/diagnostic consumables and general purchase processes.
Positive negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase/inventory software/Tally.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple purchase requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
