Job Summary:

VTK Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material availability, purchase orders, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
Source raw materials, consumables, spares, and packing materials.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and negotiate prices.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality requirements.
Process purchase orders and maintain ERP / SAP records.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores,



Quality, and Accounts.
Monitor pending purchase orders, material shortages, and supplier performance.
Prepare purchase MIS reports and support cost reduction initiatives.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline. Skills Required: Procurement, vendor management, negotiation, ERP / SAP, MS Excel, communication, and follow-up skills.

Preferred: Manufacturing industry experience, particularly plastic injection moulding / automotive components.
