About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and lead the store team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations, sales, and customer experience.
Lead, train, and manage a team of Store Executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Ensure proper visual merchandising, inventory management, and store upkeep.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Identify manpower requirements and support in hiring Store Executives when needed.
Ensure smooth coordination with the central team and timely reporting.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in fashion/womens apparel retail.
Solid team management and communication skills.
Positive understanding of retail operations and sales.
Ability to independently manage a store and lead a team.
