About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Men’s Wear Retail Store. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in clothing retail, team management, sales, customer service, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:-
Manage overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Manage stock, inventory,



inward/outward movement, and stock availability.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product display.
Monitor daily sales, billing, expenses, and store performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and discipline within the store.
Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory, staff, and operational requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and store reports.
Implement promotional activities and strategies to improve store sales.
