We are looking for a responsible and motivated Supervisor to manage and guide our team. The candidate will be responsible for daily team activities, work allocation, monitoring performance, achieving targets, and maintaining valuable communication with team members and customers.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise team members.
Allocate daily work and monitor progress.
Achieve team targets and maintain productivity.
Guide and support team members.
Maintain regular reports and attendance.
Handle customer communication and resolve basic issues.
Requirements
12th pass or Graduate.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of sales/marketing.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
