About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager Fresher to support and manage day-to-day store operations. This is an excellent chance for a candidate who is interested in retail, inventory management, customer handling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
Maintain and update inventory and stock records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Handle inward and outward movement of products/materials.
Ensure proper arrangement and organization of the store.
Assist customers and resolve basic queries professionally.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support billing and daily cash reconciliation, where applicable.




Prepare basic reports related to inventory and store operations.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper maintenance of the store.
Support the store team in achieving operational and sales targets.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn store and inventory management.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
Positive attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
