Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Manage factory order fulfillment and ensure continuous production line support.
Plan and track past-due/backlog orders and production-critical components.
Monitor daily critical parts requirements and upcoming two-week production plans.
Lead daily reviews and report-outs on missing parts and supply risks.
Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve shortages.
Support buyers and suppliers with PFR requirements and supply commitments.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to resolve material constraints.
Solid understanding of SAP Master Scheduling, back-order tracking, MOQ, Safety Stock, Lot Size, and Rounding Values.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM and project management tools/processes.
Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Basic GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
