Avant Group is looking for experienced Stores Executive.

Location: Jogeshwari

Job Role
Oversee day-to-day store operations for construction and maintenance materials.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and preservation of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical materials.
Organize materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
Verify materials received against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Co- ordinate with procurement and site teams for material deliveries.
Issue materials against approved material requisitions and maintain records.
Track returnable materials, tools, and surplus inventory.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.




Ensure optimum inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and excess stock.
Maintain Goods Receipt Notes, stock registers, issue slips and inventory reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Track material consumption and provide updates to management.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of store transactions.
Co- ordinate with project teams, procurement, vendors and contractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to inventory management.
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and security within the store area.
Support audits by providing inventory records and documentation.
