Role & responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Real Estate Experience is mandator.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up on inquiries and negotiate deals to achieve sales closures.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or related sectors.




Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to build rapport and maintain qualified client relationships.
Strong presentation and convincing skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Graduate preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of qualification.
Must possess a positive attitude, qualified appearance, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
