Role & responsibilities
Manage solar EPC projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and completion.
Have in-depth knowledge of solar structural requirements and site execution.
Have a solid understanding of electrical systems and requirements for solar projects.
Coordinate and manage multiple work teams and contractors at project sites.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the agreed schedule.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC.
Preferred only malayalis .
Prior experience in handling large-scale solar projects/tenders is preferred.
Experience with larger EPC projects and tender-based projects will be an advantage.
Positive understanding of solar electrical systems, equipment, and site requirements.
Robust project coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage projects and drive teams toward timely completion.
