PlatinumRx is a rapidly growing healthcare platform focused on making quality medicines and healthcare solutions accessible across India. We are looking for a Team Lead Inside Sales to lead our sales team, drive performance, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls when required.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and ensure CRM accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and sales processes.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Eligibility




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
24 years of experience in Inside Sales or related sales roles.
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with proven sales ability.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Language Requirements
English – Mandatory
Hindi – Mandatory
Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, or any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
