Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Create

BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications

Work closely with product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, process mapping, and UAT

Manage and prioritize product backlogs using

JIRA/Confluence and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Analyze data using

SQL and support reporting, dashboards, APIs, and data-driven solutions.
Work with cloud-based applications and data solutions

, preferably Azure/AWS.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.





Required Skills
6–8 years of experience as a

Technical/IT Business Analyst

Solid requirements gathering and documentation experience.
Solid

SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with

Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence

Robust stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
