About the Role

We're looking for a B2B Performance Marketer with SaaS or IT services experience and a strong lead generation mindset. You'll drive recent business through paid, LinkedIn, partner and SEO channels.

Paid Campaigns
Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
Manage budgets and improve cost per lead and return on ad spending.
Build complete campaigns: target audience, offer, landing page, ad creative, tracking and reporting.

LinkedIn Lead Generation
Find and reach potential clients on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator.
Run LinkedIn outreach through connection requests and message sequences that book meetings.
Run LinkedIn Lead Gen Form campaigns.

Affiliate & Partner Channels
Set up and manage affiliate and referral programs.




Generate leads through the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and similar platforms.
Find recent partners who can send us business.

SEO
Run SEO audits and share transparent action plans with developers and content teams. Sharing input to the team.
Support SEO strategy, including keywords, competitor analysis and content opportunities

Requirements
5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in B2B, IT services or SaaS.
Proven track record of generating quality leads.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Target-driven and able to work independently.
