Technical Manager

Job Summary The Technical Manager is responsible for leading technical projects and teams, ensuring the successful execution of engineering solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, managing resources, and driving innovation while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work workplace.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout project phases, including design, development, and implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures, ensuring that all deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing budgets and timelines to optimize project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:



Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
Research and Development: Stay current with industry trends and technologies, integrating innovative solutions into projects.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical management role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Working Conditions
Primarily office-based with occasional site visits to oversee project implementation and team activities.
