Responsibilities
Leading a team of consultants in a defined micro-market area
Following up with all customers who've visited at least one project through your team and guiding them to closure
Tracking daily targets and driving your team to align with core organizational processes
Strengthening developer relationships through regular office meetings and project site visits
Identifying key projects in the micro-market to steer marketing efforts and drive lead generation
Joining every closure meeting and enabling customers to secure the best deals by supporting negotiations with the developer team





Requirements
Solid verbal/written communication skills with a knack for transparent data presentation
Sharp analytical thinking paired with effective problem-solving abilities
Postgraduate degree in management, specializing in Marketing or Finance
Relevant sales experience in real estate, home loans, or insurance sectors
Over 5 years of experience operating within a specific micro-market
Proven track record in team leadership and management
