What Were Looking For
8+ years experience in software engineering, platform engineering or application development.
Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a senior technical lead.
Solid background in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems and enterprise application development.
Experience supporting both technology change and production environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
