Coordinate manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
Handle vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management.
Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth workforce operations.
Maintain staffing reports, MIS, and vendor documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
