We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
Manage daily spa operations and staff schedules.
Ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Train, supervise, and motivate spa therapists.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Handle customer complaints and feedback.
Manage inventory, expenses, and daily reports.
Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
