Track every dispatched load and update status from pickup to delivery.
Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding pickup, delivery, delays, breakdowns, and detention.
Monitor driver location and provide accurate ETA to dispatch/customer.
Identify delays and immediately notify Dispatch/Customer Service.
Escalate breakdowns, accidents, roadside inspections, and other emergencies immediately.
Collect BOL, POD, scale tickets, lumper receipts, detention documents, and other required paperwork.
Prepare daily reports for dispatched, delivered, delayed, and pending loads.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
