We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented and experienced Team Leader to lead our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably in the Real Estate / Property Sales industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, motivate and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop effective sales strategies and ensure consistent business growth.
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful property bookings.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
Conduct daily team meetings, follow-ups and performance reviews.
Handle client meetings, negotiations and important customer interactions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, site visits, bookings and collections.
Ensure the team maintains proper customer follow-up and reporting.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth execution of sales activities.
Take ownership of team targets and deliver results within deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS




3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Real Estate / Property Sales.
Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-driven attitude with a strong focus on results.
Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced sales workplace.
Valuable knowledge of the Bhubaneswar real estate market will be an advantage.
Candidates with a solid sales track record will be preferred.
