Job Summary

We are hiring a Team Leader – Outbound Sales to manage a team of 10+ outbound calling executives for personal loan / digital lending products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, coaching executives, and ensuring quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of 10+ outbound sales executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor calling productivity, connect rate, conversion, login, and disbursement metrics.
Coach team members to improve performance and conversions.
Conduct call quality checks and ensure process compliance.
Handle customer escalations and support objection handling.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Coordinate with Underwriting, Customer Support, and Collections teams.
Ensure effective customer follow-ups and achievement of business goals.

Required Skills & Experience




2+ years of experience in outbound calling and team handling.
Experience managing an outbound sales/calling team.
Mandatory experience in Fintech, Digital Lending, Personal Loans, or Financial Services.
Solid target-oriented and performance-management skills.
Valuable customer handling and objection-handling abilities.
Robust Hindi and English communication skills.
Willingness to work on Sundays/holidays and extended hours when required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
