Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals and other hiring platforms.
Build candidate pipelines based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls covering experience, motivation, notice period, salary expectations and location.
Prepare short candidate summaries highlighting their suitability for the role.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients and the internal team.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support offer discussions, documentation and joining follow-ups.
Participate in client briefing calls and understand hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate trackers/ATS and keep recruitment data updated.
Track the recruitment funnel from sourcing to offer stage.
Work on hiring for various startup roles across Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Founder's Office and other functions.

Pay: ₹10,323.13 - ₹20,000.00 per month
