Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Factory, Corporate, and Sales functions while ensuring timely hiring, quality candidate selection, and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing

channels
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes, MIS, and hiring trackers

Job Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding and sourcing

to selection and joining.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, notice

period,



location, and compensation expectations.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, offers, and candidate

follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports

while meeting defined TATs and hiring targets.
Build solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal

stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
