About the Role

Creator City is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, engaging, and coordinating with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job roles and requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with offer and onboarding coordination.
Support the HR team in various recruitment activities.

Requirements




Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and online recruitment platforms.
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced setting.
