Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback, and status tracking.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Handle multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
Support onboarding and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.





Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition.
Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Good understanding of technical and functional job profiles.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with tight deadlines.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes, hiring metrics, and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
