We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT/Technical Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and build solid technical talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean searches.
Recruit for technologies including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS.
Handle multiple positions and hiring priorities effectively.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ATS and recruitment portals.
US/International hiring experience is an added advantage.
