We are seeking a technically skilled qualified with strong IOT and Hardware troubleshooting abilities and excellent English communication skills to support international customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot software, application, connectivity, and device-related issues.
Provide remote technical support to US clients.
Work with Linux and Android environments.
Perform log analysis, debugging, and system monitoring.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Engineering teams.
Maintain technical documentation and support processes.

Requirements:
3 to 4 years of experience in Technical or Application Support.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Android.
Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
Solid spoken and written English communication skills.
Experience supporting international customers is preferred.
