JD Healthcare is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HODs.
Manage salary negotiation, offers and offer-to-joining follow-up.
Handle multiple vacancies and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipeline and hiring TAT.

Requirements
2 to 5 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
Solid experience with Naukri sourcing and candidate screening.
Positive communication, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling multiple positions independently.
Healthcare / Lifesciences / Medical Devices / Pharma experience is an advantage.
