Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Pharma Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across QA, QC, Production, R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Sales & Marketing, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals, and walk-ins.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and respective HODs.
Handle recruitment for pharma manufacturing and corporate positions.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.




Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers.

Ability to work independently and meet recruitment timelines.

Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR or any relevant qualification preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare recruitment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
