We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. This is a full-time position that requires a dedicated individual to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional service.

The key responsibilities include greeting visitors and clients warmly, handling incoming calls, and managing appointments and schedules efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately managed and filed. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks as needed to support other departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with office management software will be beneficial. A courteous demeanor and a professional appearance will be essential for this role, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
