We are looking for Tamil-speaking Telecallers to join our team at Santhigiri.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills in Tamil, along with basic proficiency in English/Malayalam. The role involves communicating with customers, making outbound calls, providing information, handling enquiries, and maintaining follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and handle incoming enquiries.
Communicate clearly and professionally in Tamil.
Explain services, offers, and relevant information to customers.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the internal team when required.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English/Malayalam communication skills will be an advantage.
Previous telecalling/customer service experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to interact with customers.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
