Job Purpose To manage the technical and commercial aspects of projects, quotations, orders, billing, and client coordination while ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review technical and commercial quotations as per client requirements.
Study tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings.
Coordinate with clients regarding technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare cost estimates, price comparisons, and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for rates, materials, and delivery schedules.
Follow up on purchase orders, work orders, and contracts.
Coordinate with the project/site team to understand material and technical requirements.
Prepare and verify running bills, invoices, measurements, and supporting documents.
Track project costs and support the team in maintaining profitability and cost control.
Maintain records of quotations, orders, contracts, bills, and client communications.
Follow up with clients regarding bill approval and payment clearance.




Resolve basic technical and commercial queries in coordination with the concerned team.
Prepare regular MIS reports and status updates for management.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation.
Understanding of technical specifications, BOQs, quotations, and billing.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good attention to detail.

Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or a related field.
Candidates with relevant commercial or project experience will be preferred.

Effective client and vendor coordination.
Timely follow-up for approvals and payments.
Proper maintenance of commercial records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
