Technical Support Engineer – JD &
KRA

Job Responsibilities (JD)
Provide desktop and laptop hardware/software support.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, applications and peripherals.
Install, configure and troubleshoot IP &
Analog CCTV, DVR/NVR and related systems

.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers and connectivity issues.
Attend onsite/customer technical support calls and resolve issues within TAT.
Carry out CCTV/IT installation, shifting, maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Update service tickets, prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Escalate complex/critical technical issues to the concerned senior team.




Travel to customer locations/all-over locations as required.
