Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Explain AI2DM’s products and services, including WhatsApp API, CRM, AI Chatbots, Digital Marketing, and Business Automation solutions.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Bengali.
Confident and professional communication.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,894.10 - ₹12,000.42 per month
