Job Description: Senior Technical Manager – AI & Data Science

Experience: 10–15+ years

Role Summary

Lead AI and Data Science strategy, architecture, and delivery while managing high-

performing teams. Drive the development of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

that solve business problems and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead AI/ML, Data Science, and GenAI initiatives from concept to production.
Manage and mentor Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Engineers.
Define technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure AI solutions.
Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify AI prospects.
Drive MLOps best practices, model governance, and Responsible AI.
Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, and team performance.





Required Skills
Solid expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, and

Generative AI.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Databricks, Spark, Docker,

Kubernetes, and MLOps.
Proven experience leading enterprise AI projects and technical teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related

field.
10–15+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Analytics, with at least 5 years

in technical leader
