We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups and sales conversion for our uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows business.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Follow up with leads received through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.
Maintain customer and lead information in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales/site team for quotations, measurements and further requirements.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.




Maintain proper follow-up records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Lead Generation.
Candidates with actual sales conversion experience preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.
Experience with CRM is an advantage.
Candidates from building materials, construction products, interiors, home-improvement or related industries will be preferred.

Salary
General Inside Sales experience: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000/month
Strong/potential candidate with good sales conversion experience: Up to ₹30,000/month
