TELECALLER (F)

Apple B Academy – Pala, Kottayam

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle student enquiries and convert prospective students into course admissions through effective communication and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage student enquiry data systematically.
Make regular and timely follow-up calls to prospective students.
Explain course details and admission information clearly.
Communicate confidently with prospective students and respond to their basic queries.
Maintain proper follow-up until the admission decision.
Focus on converting enquiries into course admissions.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Confident and skilled phone conversation skills.
Good follow-up and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle enquiry data.




A result-oriented approach with a focus on admission conversions.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on admission conversions and overall performance.
