Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Real Estate Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining project details, generating leads, following up with customers, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain real-estate projects, locations, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other project details. Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.

Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into site visits. Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp. Schedule and coordinate customer site visits with the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits in the CRM. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.





Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and customer follow-up. Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. Prepare daily/weekly reports regarding calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills : Positive communication skills in Marathi and Hindi ; basic English preferred. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Confident and pleasant telephone manner. Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software. Ability to handle multiple follow-ups efficiently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in Real Estate / Telecalling / Sales will be preferred.

QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant telecalling or sales experience will be given preference.
