Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, generate leads, and arrange client visits. The candidate will be responsible for regular calling, follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales team to support the conversion of leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Introduce the company’s products/services and provide relevant information to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate client visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with clients regarding scheduled visits and ensure proper coordination.
Maintain regular communication with interested prospects.
Handle basic client queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client visits.
Update daily calling and lead status reports.




Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead progress and client requirements.
Follow up with clients after visits to understand their interest and next steps.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and client-visit targets.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and skilled telephone manner.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking with different types of clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or other CRM/record-keeping tools.
Ability to work with daily targets and deadlines.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer handling, or lead generation will be an advantage.
