Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
Communicate with customers in fluent English.
Explain company services/products clearly.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Positive speaking and listening skills.
Confident and positive personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable customer-handling and convincing skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous telecalling, sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
