We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach during customer interactions.

Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.




Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to meet targets and work as part of a team.
