Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Vacation & Travel Arrangements team in Gopalapuram, Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers using company-provided leads, understanding their travel requirements, explaining suitable vacation/travel packages, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through company-provided leads.
Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget, and destination needs.
Explain vacation packages, travel plans, hotel options, and other travel arrangements.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and booking status.
Coordinate with the internal travel team for quotations and arrangements.




Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge or interest in travel and vacation packages.
Tamil and English communication skills required.
Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, travel, sales, or customer service is preferred.
