We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-skilled Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to support our sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team for further follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
Introduce company services and explain them clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and further discussions.




Update daily calling and lead-generation reports.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Tamil and English communication is preferred.
