Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.
Maintain customer details and update call records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.




Conduct telemarketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the field sales and internal teams when required.
Prepare daily and regular sales activity reports. Eligibility & Skills
10th or PUC in any discipline.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable communication skills in Telugu or Assamese or Malayalam or Bengali and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
