About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in Calicut.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence while speaking with customers, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert leads into successful sales.

Requirements
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Good customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.




Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Malayalam communication is preferred; knowledge of English is an advantage.
