What You'll Do
Connect with B2B and B2C leads through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant IT, Web & Digital solutions.
Deliver compelling product/service pitches and convert prospects into customers.
Handle customer questions, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Take ownership of the sales process from first conversation to final closure.

Pipeline & Revenue Management
Manage your sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to generate new business and maximize conversions.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build solid relationships with prospects and customers.

CRM & Sales Operations
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, prospects, and deals.
Update daily sales activities in CRM / MS Excel.
Track prospects throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-ups.




Prepare basic sales updates and pipeline reports when required.

Must Have
Proven experience in phone-based sales and deal closing.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Excel.
Graduate in any discipline.
