India Job Kart is hiring a Telecaller for recruitment-related work. The candidate will contact job seekers, explain available job opportunities, conduct basic screening and coordinate interviews with recruiters and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Call candidates and explain suitable job openings.
Conduct preliminary screening based on qualification, experience and communication skills.
Collect and verify candidate information.
Schedule interviews and share interview details with candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, selection and joining.
Maintain candidate records in Excel/Google Sheets or the recruitment database.




Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding daily requirements.
Achieve daily calling, interview and follow-up targets.
Maintain skilled communication with all candidates.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and WhatsApp.
Recruitment or telecalling experience will be an advantage.
Responsible, target-oriented and disciplined.
