KEY RESPONSIBILITY/ACCOUNTABILITY
Setting sales objectives along with other Sales Analysts and Sales Representatives
Developing a sales plan with the Sales team.
Promoting products and services offered by the organization.
Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly, quarterly, yearly sale of zone.
Maintaining a positive relationship with distributors, vendors, and business partners.
Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for different regions.
Presenting reports to the head office and highlighting the key points.
Suggesting improvements in sales approaches.
Regularly attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings of company.
Keeping up-to-date about the company products,



services and schemes and communicating product schemes and offer to the regional managers and esure their implementation
Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
Ensure satisfactory nution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.
Coordinating with marketing for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal level for building a prospective client database.
Assisting in hiring, training, and development of recent sales members.
Preparing a sales budget for various departmental regions.
Staying up to date on various market trends and sales analysis.
Maintaining integrity
